How to replace a light bulb

Most, if not all, of the apartments in Leetham House are fitted with the same light bulbs in the living room / bedrooms, as shown below.

It's quite easy to replace, gently twist the fitting, which will fall out as shown below, still connected to the wiring.

Next, you'll need to unscrew the bulb, as shown below.


You'll notice that it requires a 50W GU10 bulb, which you'll need to remove from the metal clip.


Make sure you the bulb you buy is warm white (WW), which you should be able to find at either Barnitts or Screwfix.

Finally, just replace it and put it all back together.
