The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 6th January 2023:
"Please note that if you do have a parking bay in the underground car park, a valid permit needs to be clearly displayed and completed fully. We have received reports from the parking enforcement that several blank permits have been found and some residents are not parking in the correct bays.
Please ensure your permits are filled in by no later than Tuesday 28th February 2023. If the permits are still blank after the date, a parking charge notice may be issued for showing misinformation on the permit.
Please ensure your tenant is fully aware of this notice should your apartment be sublet.
