The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 13th January 2025:
"I am writing to inform you that Fire Prevent will be on site Tuesday 11th February 2025 to carrying out the Fire Risk Assessment of the development.
As part of the Fire Risk Assessment, Fire Prevent will randomly knock on doors to check if they are compliant. Please note access is not required in all apartments, so you do not need to present on the above date.
If your property is sub-let, please make your tenants aware of this notice.
We thank you for your co-operation during this time. If you wish to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact Watson."
