The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 19th November 2024:

"We have been informed that there have been a few vehicles that have had attempted break-ins across the underground car park.

While we have made the underground car park as secure as possible with all the doors on fob access, the doors that lead outside onto the streets are double mag locked and the roller gate is on the shortest time setting as possible, we need to advise the resident to also make sure that it is secured at all times. Please be mindful that when you are entering the underground car park both vehicle and foot, you are entering this alone and that no one is following you through. When you use the doors, please make sure that the door you use is closed fully and connected to the mag locks.

If there are any signs of tailgating in the underground car park both vehicle and foot, you need to call the police on the matter.

We also advise if you do see any suspicious activity in the underground car park, you need to call the police so that they can attend and remove the culprits from the underground car park.

If you have any further questions, please contact Watson."
