The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 22nd August 2024:
"We are writing to you in relation to repair works at Hungate.
Repair works are required at the Moxy York Hotel and the contractors have created a Traffic Management Plan to use a MEWP [Mobile Elevating Work Platform] to gain access to the [building] façade.
Some signage is required and will be placed in the communal grounds. These works will be commencing on 29/08/24 and should last for approximately a week. There should be minimal disruption to residents for the duration of these works.
If you have any further questions regarding this notice, please do not hesitate to contact Watson."
