The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 23th April 2024:
"We are writing to you in relation to the roller gate.
We are aware that the roller gate to the underground car park is not operating and we have arranged a call out for the engineer to attend as soon as possible.
This will ensure that the gate should be operational again as soon as possible.
