The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 29th February 2024:

"We are writing to you in regards to the water issue on site.

We are aware that the water is currently off on site and can advise you that a contractor has now been instructed to carry out the works.

A contractor has been instructed to attend the site and will be there as soon as possible. We can confirm that it will be sorted today and the issue will be rectified as soon as possible.

Apologies, we do understand this is an inconvenience and will attempt to have this sorted once the contractor reaches site.

If your apartment is sub-let, please ensure you notify your tenant.

In the meantime, if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact Watson."
