The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 31st January 2024:
"We write in regards to site security.
We have received reports in regards to suspicious activities attempting to enter the bike store. There are several culprits which are drawing attention to this issue and so we must ensure that everything which has been in use, including bike stores or main doors to the block are left locked when finished with.
Please can all residents be vigilant when entering/exiting the building? Please ensure the doors are closed behind you to maintain the security of the building. If you see anything suspicious, please report it to the police. Please only allow visitors access that you know, to ensure site security is at its maximum.
Also, please ensure all bikes are locked with a good standard cycle lock to ensure the safety of the bike and cycle stores.
If your apartment is sublet, please advise your tenants of this notice. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact Watson."
